Although a constitution gives guidance to your program, make sure that your policies and procedures coincide with your district’s policies and procedures. Be sure that your administration approves your draft copy before publishing it.
A constitution is always a work in progress. Don’t be afraid to put up an “under construction” sign on your constitution! Every team is different, therefore you should always adapt your constitution to your team’s specific needs.
